Hey, I’m Gavin.

I’m a DevOps Engineer at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. I design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage secure artifact workflows that improve delivery speed and lower costs.

Recent work includes building Jenkins pipelines for internal and external Liferay web portals, cutting deployment times from ~35 minutes to <2 minutes (≈600 hours/year saved), and automating Azure artifact cleanup that reduced storage costs by about $450/year.

Background

I bring real-world DevOps experience and training from the VETTEC AWS DevOps Accelerator (SkillStorm). Earlier studies in econometrics and quantitative economics at the U.S. Naval Academy and Kennesaw State University. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at Western Governors University.
